Beta Living Healthspan 50+ Creamy Tomato Zoodles

This recipe combines well with Garlic and Cheese Baps. 


2 scoops of Healthspan 50+ Mens or Womens 

20 g minced garlic 

½ tsp black pepper 

200 g finely chopped onion 

50 ml oil 

1kg diced fresh tomato 

1 teaspoon salt 

3 teaspoon Italian herbs 

1 small finely chopped chilli (optional)  

2 medium zucchinis  

Parsley and parmesan cheese to garnish 


1. Puree tomatoes using a food processor and set aside. 

2. Using the oil, sauté the onions, garlic, pepper and chilli (optional) in a large saucepan. 

3. Add the pureed tomato, salt, and Italian herbs to the onion mix.  

4. Simmer the mixture for 40 mins stirring regularly. 

5. Allow the sauce to cool slightly and stir in the Healthspan 50+ to create a scrumptious creamy consistency. 

6. Using a spiraliser, cut zucchinis into zoodles. 

7. Steam or fry the zoodles until warm but still firm.  

8. Combine zoodles and pasta sauce, garnish with parsley & parmesan cheese, serve immediately and enjoy.
