These balls are wholesome and sweet.  They are perfect for after-dinner cravings or with a cuppa during the day. 

They are a great way to incorporate extra protein and other essential nutrients into your diet.  While the Healthspan 50+ range is tailored to men and women’s individual nutritional needs, this treat can be made with either Healthspan 50+ products. 

Ingredients:

6 scoops of Healthspan (Men’s or Women’s) 

1 ¼ cups dried apricots 

14 medjool dates (pitted & room temperature) 

¼ cup desiccated coconut (optional) 

¾ cups oats 

2 tablespoons coconut oil 

4 tablespoons water 

Method:

1. Add ingredients to a food processor and blitz until the mixture resembles a crumb-like texture. 

2. Roll mixture into balls.   

3. Once the ball is formed, roll in coconut until covered and shake off excess (optional). 

4. Refrigerate for 2 hours before eating; store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
