These balls are sweet & nurturing. They are perfect for after dinner cravings, or with a cuppa during the day, or for when you just can’t face anything else. They are a great way to incorporate extra protein and other essential nutrients into your diet. 


6 scoops of Beta Living Pregnancy & Beyond

320g dried apricots

½ cup desiccated coconut

½ cup almonds

2 tablespoons chia seeds

5 tablespoons water

1/3 cup desiccated coconut for coating (optional)


1. Add ingredients to food processor and blitz until mixture resembles a crumb like texture.

2. Roll mixture into balls. 

3. Once ball is formed, roll in coconut until covered and shake off excess (optional).

4. Refrigerate for 2 hours before eating, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
